problem with my tecon phone

[AC Question]

My tenoc phone is giving me problem in storage I have space in memory n phone yet each time i went to download any thing i will be told i dont have enough space.even to snap or videos is impossible for me.in downloading videos in my social media is impossible Ps help me.is giving me problem saving things online. Please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please help.
