BLU Life XL won't Charge?

[AC Question]

I recently reset my phone last night, and it was working completely fine; besides the fact that it took twelve hours to get the phone to charge up to 50%. After picking it up this morning, I checked my battery setting and it had the line flat at 50%. Usually my battery drains fast too, but it's been just at 50%. I'm very confused with this situation, and would appreciate some insight

Welcome to Android Central! Use the phone until it shuts off automatically from low battery, then charge it up on a wall outlet undisturbed overnight. Does it get up to 100% now?
