Why is my Samsung Flashing Light Blue and Dark blue and the screen not turning on?

Hi. So yesterday I was at a friends house making slime. I left my phone her window sill were I didn't think her dog could get it. I came back into the house to wash my hands and the dog had my phone in it's mouth. I grabbed the phone and their were bite marks on my otter box case.From the outside their seemed to be nothing wrong. I procceded to open the case. I took the phone out of the otter box case and the their were many cracks in upper left hand side of my Samsung Galaxy S6. Obviously I was freaking out. The phone was glitching blue and then black. It did this until I charged it. when I charge my phone a red light comes on in the upper left hand side but It was flashing dark blue then light blue and so on. can anyone please help me?

Welcome to Android Central! In case the phone is actually on but frozen on a black screen, press and hold Power and Vol Down for about 15 seconds. Then wait a few seconds, and press and hold Power for another 10-15 seconds to see if it powers up.
