How to change keyboard back to Dual language after Samsung 7 Edge update?

[AC Question]

Prior to the update I had my S7 with Samsung Virtual keyboard and several languages (English, French and Spanish) all with the same keyboard arrangement
I cannot reproduce this with the software update in Feb 2017
Anyone knows how to do it?
Samsung seems to let you do it but it doesn't work ...
