why is my phone keep on downloading unauthorized applications

This depends on a few things:

1. Your anti-virus app.
2. Your anti-viruses rules/filter/settings.
3. Where the apps are being downloaded from.

Does it provide the names of the packages it is flagging as "unauthorized"?
