Proximity Sensor option not available

[AC Question]

Hi. I have looked what seems everywhere for an answer​ to no avail. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, running Android 6.0.1. My screen doesn't turn off during calls- as it always has before- and because of this, press things with my face. (Turning on airplane mode while talking does little in helping when I'm a phone call.) I don't have a screen protector on and even when I did, it did not interfer with this. Same with my phone case. I have tried to turn on "turn off screen during calls" this option does not exist on my phone anywhere that I can find.

Same thing has happened to my S6 Edge. Screen stays on during calls. Just started this after the last update. I can't find any answers either. Hopefully someone can figure it out and let us know.
