AC Question
i dropped my cell phone on the subway tracks today - rats and pigeons were running around on the tracks. it was laying face down (screen side) in wet-dirt for an hour as i waited for emergency assistance to arrive. somehow the phone still works. not even a cracked screen.
i’ve been trying to sterilize it, wearing laytex gloves and isopropyl alcohol wipes repeatedly. is that sufficient? i’ve been reading that NYC rats and their droppings carry viruses, e-coli, C-diff, and spread nasty disease. i also read that alcohol is an insufficient disinfectant in hospital settings, etc. Should i throw out the phone? WHAT WOULD YOU DO??
thanks!
