Jack doesnt detect earphones without mic

[AC Question]

Hey guys ...My phone redmi note 3 *had* a jack problem ...It kept showing the headphones icon ...So got to the service center and they changed the motherboard ....Now the problem that has started is when i insert my headphones (Cx 180 fully functioning as i checked with other phones ) it detects it for a second and shifts to a speaker ....But if i insert earphones with mic ( the ones u get with Moto g4 plus box ) it works totally fine
