I can't restore apps and data from my Moto Z to a new Moto Z

I'm trying to start up a new phone... But when i get to the "Restore apps from"-step of the start-up process, my old device isn't showing up in the list. Two other phones are though, but they are really old ones.

I'm trying to start up a new Moto Z, and my last phone was also a Moto Z (cracked screen, bought a new one), but it still doesn't show up. What the h**l is wrong?

I can even see the backup in my Google Drive... still nothing.

Any tips?

Good morning. Was the old Moto Z set up to automatically back up to Google? Here's a good tutorial on this subject. Let me know if this works. How to restore your apps and settings to a new Android phone | Android Central

Yep, that's been done from the start on all my previous phones, including the old Moto Z. I can even see the backup in Google Drive.



But it still doesn't show up when i start-up the new Moto Z.
