Why can't I move certain apps?

I currently own a Kyocera and have my own SD card inside. Pictures save to it fine and apps like Facebook move to it fine, but every time I try moving an app such a Snapchat, I receive the "unable to move" notification. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do?

Not all apps can be moved (like bloatware). This includes things like system apps, carrier apps, and even some apps you choose to install. This depends on the nature if the application in question... I don't use Snapchat, so I'm not sure why you aren't allowed to move it, unless your SD card doesn't have enough space.
