Lg G3 Verizon Died?

Hello,
My lg g3 Verizon yesterday was chargin and turned off and i have try many time to turn up but nothing.
i cant put on Download Mode because stay 5 or 6 sec and turned off,
i have make Hard reset but nothing , i have to take off the battery many time to turn on. And when turned on after the text LG G3 the screen goes black and i have to take off the battery many time again.

Someone have any idea to help me please?

Your battery is fried.
The phone is overheating too much and is shutting down right away. Happens to my kids g3s and we bought a battery and it runs cooler and actually boots up. Worth a shot but it's all I can think of.
