My phone got stuck in blind mode and I am not ablentirely to come out of it as there is no settings button on the screen please give the answer fast

Welcome to the forums. Do you mean TalkBack? What device do you have? In general this kind of feature can be disabled in the accessibility settings. You need to swipe with two fingers at the same time to navigate through the menus and a double tap to select the different options. Tell us how it goes.
