I'm trying to retrieve all my old photos from my broken phone, but the LCD is broke.
The touchscreen still works, in fact, everything still works I just cannot see anything.
So over the last 3 hours I've managed to send myself screenshots via facebook messenger to get an idea of whats on the screen.
USB debugging is definitely enabled, and MTP is enabled too. But when I plug it into my PC, it says "no files". I've tried Smart Switch, it keeps telling me my device doesn't have file transfer enabled (which it does).
The cable I'm using definitely is able to transfer data as I tested with my S8.
Any suggestions?
