all my apps are freezing and crashing help please

my lg 3 or 4 i am not sure which model it is but my problem is one day it was working fine the next day i wake up and not a single app on my phone works right not even google chrome nothing is working i think it might have happened after one of your official phone updates but now nothing is working and i have no idea how to fix it please help....
