My phone will not turn on and is stuck on the logo screen?

Hi,

My note 4 phone battery recently was draining very quickly then it suddenly froze one day and did not turn on. So i bought new battery but it still did not turn on. It would turn on the starting logo screen then would turn off again and again. I tried to take the battery out and hold the power button for couple of minutes but that did not work. The I tried to reboot by holding the volume up, power button and the home button but it still did not let me reboot. It will just show the logo and on the top left it says 'recovery booting' but does not move past that.

Any ways I can sort this problem out?

Welcome to Android Central! The battery was fully charged, right? Are you able to boot into Recovery and wipe the cache partition? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28932

If you have an SD card inserted, try also removing it.
