How can i get my Samsung Galaxy S6 to ring again?

[AC Question]

I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet (!) - I managed to get it out quickly and put it in a sealed bag of rice and left it for 48 hours. The phone is charging normally and seems to be working fine BUT the back button no longer works and it won't ring! Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to Android Central! The speaker might be damaged by the water. Are all sounds not working over the speaker? Can you hear sounds using a wired or Bluetooth headset?
