Unfortunately, com.lge.bnr has stopped. How to fix it?

Please help. This message keeps appearing. I reset the phone and also tried resetting all apps preferencies on settings, but message keeps showing up.
The phone is LG k4 lte

That's the LG Backup app. If you have a poor network connection, or have LG Backup set to back up large ammounts of data, this may be the cause of it crashing.

To l stall a tool to fix the bug How?
I doubt a third-party app will fix this. Go to your settings for LG Backup and see what it is set to do. To access the settings, open the settings app and navigate to:

Backup & reset> LG Backup> Yes, backup my data to restore later

Now go through the list to see whats checked off, and remove items that are unnecessary followed by a device reboot. If that does not work, try a factory reset, and if that doesn't work, you may need to flash the devices stock NAND.
