Why did my S Health data disappear?

I recently had to reinstall my S Health app on my S6. I've done this before on other Samsung Galaxy phone verions and was able to retrieve my S Health data no problem. This time however I'm not able to restore my data. I don't see the restore option available. Please help!

Why did my S Health data disappear? I lost all my intake on food (not on steps) from May 2015
to March 2017. This is disaster for me. Please help to restore it, this is not acceptable.
