My Macbook runs on MacOS Sierra 10.12.4 and it will not recognize my Axon 7 when connect to with the charging cable that came with the phone.
I have Installed AFT and, after double-clicking on the icon, it asks for the phone to be connected with USB cable ( the phone is already connected to the MacBook)
The same cable worked fine with on my other computer running Windows 7 Pro and worked flawlessly.
Can someone help with the potential fix for me - thanks!!
