Sorry I tried to paste it up the top but i couldnt 远程删除数据已开始。is what came thru and I don't even speak Chinese and I don't recognise the number is it a scam or is it real by the way it saysENGLISH

Remote delete data is not good. Turn off WiFi and mobile data instantly. Turn off phone, reboot in safe mode and find the app you think responsible and uninstall it.
Find a good malware scanner like malwarebytes and scan the device...
