Contacts list is not seen by my Jabra Freeway hands free bluetooth device

AC Question

My S4 pairs just fine with the Jabra Freeway. When I " approve" the Jabra Freeway's prompt to access the contacts list, the action does not occur. Is there some setting on my S4 that must be activated or de-activated, to allow the Jabra Freeway to access my contacts list?
