Heating Problem on 1st time charging

i have bought Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime, when the battery came down to 10%, had put the mobile for 1st charging. during the charging the phone got heated at around 40 to 50 degree temperature...and later it fully charged, it came down to normal temperature...is it ok or should i change my mobile? plz answer

Welcome to Android Central! Phones can get fairly warm when charging, especially if you're using a Quick Charge feature. Are you using the original charging cable and plug? Does it get warm if you charge while the phone is fully powered off?

Also, where is the phone while it's charging? Make sure it's not on blankets or a pillow, or anything else that doesn't dissipate heat very well.
