Note edge shuts down at 35%

[AC Question]

I have purchased a New Samsung Note Edge. Since the first day I used it, even before I added Apps to it, the phone kept shutting down once the battery gets down to 35%. This is the most unreliable phone I've ever seen. I can only use it at home, I can't take it far, if I do, I am phoneless after two hours. Can someone tell me what seems to be the problem?

Welcome to the forums. Did you get this through your carrier? How long ago? You may still be in the window of the exchange policy. Otherwise, you may need to contact Samsung.
