i dont know the pattern it is asking for after a restart.....how can I open phone?

my phone automatically did an upgrade and after a restart it is asking me to draw secutity pattern instead of fingerprint....i dont know the pattern......how do I get the phone unlocked without it?

You would have entered a pattern at some point, but if you don't remember it, then keep getting the pattern wrong, I believe it's after 10 failed attempts it will ask you for a 4 digit pin you would have entered as a backup.
If you don't know that, the only thing you can do is Factory Reset from the startup menu and know the login and password to your gmail that was signed in at the time
