at times i wanted to deactivte my two simcards on my galaxy s7 but unfortunately its unable to deactivate two simcards.

So, you want to turn off mobile data and cellular services? Sure, just enable WiFi after turning on Airplane Mode. You, of course, will need a WiFi connection in range or you won't be able to access web-based resources.
