How can I turn SMCC Services OFF?

I have an SPH-L720. SMCC services (whatever that is) keeps trying to access whatever it's trying to access, but, at school, the site is blocked as an unknown website.

The firewall keeps popping up a message that says it's blocked. It has become a royal P.I.T.A. because it pops up all the time and I have to hit "return" to get rid of it to continue whatever I was doing. And it will keep doing it over and over.

I just want to turn it off.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to the App Manager, tap Menu>Show System, and see if you can find an app by that name. If so, tap it and see if you can Disable it.
