S8 plus no network service

[AC Question]

Phone all of sudden stop working when i was on a call, tried calling back the person and the phone immediately drop the call. At that time I notice i wasn't getting a signal I called ATT and they did their normal troubleshooting still nothing. I went into the store to replace the SIM thinking since the Mobile Networking was grayed out...nothing. I was told by the rep that the phone had to be replaced. I also done a factory reset and the problem is still there. Also i forgot to mention earlier up before I called a rep, when i would send messages I was getting a auto message stating my phone was set to Airplane Mode and we had a hard time turning it off. The plane was showing highlighted but the slider was off. (glitch). Phone is still not working and I hate to get a refurbish one. Just wanted to put this out there to see if someone has experienced a similar problem. Thanks

No issues with my S8+. To me it sounds like you just got a bad phone. With the mass production of these devices, not everyone of them is going to be perfect.
