Has anyone had screen issues?

[AC Question]

I've had two issues with my screen. The first is when using voicemail the screen stays on and it pauses my voicemail. The second I just saw tonight, I set a timer for the first time on my phone and the screen comes on every 3 seconds and stays on for 7 seconds then turns back off and just keeps repeating. I tool my phone in to Verizon and they tried re-installing the voicemail app but that didn't fix anything.
