I try and try to make Android my sub but he insists on being my Dom. Please help

I have tried repeatedly to stop Talkback, motions & gestures, and personalized ads. I hate all three, but my phone loves them and always brings them back. Does anyone know how to make your Android your sub when it insists on being your Dom?
