Calendar on my Note 4 doesn't work! Message says "Screen Overlay detected"

Phone shut off when the battery was low. After charging for a few minutes, I turned it back on. I noticed several minutes later that the red Verizon screen was still on. I disconnected the charger, removed and replaced the battery, and turned it back on. When it was finished coming back to life, I had a notification that said "Calendar noti. not shown"

You need to find the app acting as the overlay and disable it or uninstall it.

Common apps are:
screen dimmers (Lux, Twilight)
sliding menus and trays
Facebook bubbles
multiple apps by Cheetah Mobile
