    This phone is brand new but there has not yet been a SIM card installed. It's connected to Wi-Fi and it's says it's connected. The phone keeps getting errors that it can't connect to whichever app is opened. Including browser and play store. This doesn't make any sense. We've tried restarting it, resetting it and clearing cashe and data.
