Blue Diamond floating on my screen

Sometimes in chrome a blue diamond appears on my screen. And it appeared around the same time that Touchpal X wanted to install on my Huawei android phone. Its annoying and I'm concerned its some sort of malware. If you drag the blue diamond it moves to the side of the screen and hides until you drag it out into the screen again. If you try to click it, it moves to the side again.
