without the battery in and on the charger my phone will go to the charge level it was at when the problem occured 96% and it will charge to 100% but it has no battery so when i unplug it the device will shut off, but when the battery is in and its on the charger it will stay at 0% and will also shut off when unpluged.
the device works fine when on the charger with or without the batttery in i have also aready tried holding the power/lock button and the volume down button with and without the battery in and it didnt work either time
