Battery sensor dammeged ?

Hi, i changed the usb port and the battery, because the battery was decharging very fast and i was unable to connect to a computer, now everytime I`ll try to charge it the error: battery temperature too low could not charge occurs... and the battery goes from 55% to0 in about 5min. I unplugged everything and put it back together a few times and at the start the battery is back normal with 54%,53% and then goes down again real quick...same thing with the old battery so it has to be a sensor or something? can somebody help me pls:/
