I can't video call my mom?

We are both on Fido I have tried doing various things I found online to make it work again but it's still saying she cannot receive video call? I checked for updates there were none I unblocked her number (she prefers it on private) that didn't help I made sure it was on. I'm quite confused at this point and I love to video call her please help?!?
