my phone wont install new updates alling after 7 days ???

my phone wont install new updates i got a message saying i had to update and so i did and now l cannot use it as it is still installing after 7 days ???

If the message said that you had to update, it may have been false. Can you recall it exactly?

Anyway, power off the phone, then boot into Recovery and wipe the Cache Partition, if whatever device you have permits that.
