connection problem message appears

[AC Question]

I keep getting this message, couldn't establish a secure connection, or connection problem. The only solution I've heard about is that the time & date may be wrong. When I checked the date & time on my android tablet, it was correct. Is there anything else that may cause this message to appear? And is performing a factory reset my only other option to resolve this matter?
