Default Does anyone share my issues?

I got my Transformer Prime on the 29th.

    1) Accelerometer. My device almost NEVER rotates. I toggle the auto-rotate button constantly hoping it will finally turn but so far nothing. The only time I see it move is when I open a portrait only app.

    2) Wifi. I'm new to Android and Honeycomb so I am not too familiar with the wifi symbols and what all the changes it has actually mean. But I have noticed that the internet only works when the wifi symbol is blue with nothing on it. But most of the time the wifi symbol is gray or its blue with arrows on it. Any clarification?

First thing I did was factory reset. I've had zero problems so far. I try to do this on any new device I buy. It just seems to help alleviate issues. Not a cure all, but often effective.

I think I got lucky with mine... I don't have either of those two issues. Sorry man.

I would agree that factory reset and also make sure you are up to date on your firmware. Seems like a bug. I haven't had this issue thankfully. My accelerometer seems pretty snappy.

I am having the Same issue, did a factory reset and works great for about 30 minutes then goes back to not rotating. Out of the box it updated to ICS... I don't know if it's a software conflict or something wrong with the tablet where it fails after "extended" use
EDIT: did another factory reset, this time disabling restore and now the accelerometer doesn't work at all

That sounds like your sensor may be defective then. Probably time to contact Asus support.
