I get the Recent Apps one from time to time, not so much the keyboard issue... but some occasional flashes/glitches elsewhere, too. It appears to be mostly related to the ICS upgrade, as have many of the currently known issues, so I'm sure they'll fix it given some time. The problem is not everybody is having the same issues, and/or it's intermittent when it does happen, so I assume the exact cause is a bit hard to trace.

As some have pointed out, some of the problems may be caused by installed apps/updates, too, which further complicates the issue.

I think that these issues are specifically mentioned in the XDA thread here:

Should be a fix in early February, they say.
