Keyboard Shortcuts!
Don't remember seeing a TF Prime keyboard shortcuts thread on here, and I've been curious if there's a list of them for this thing since I got it. Luckily, some nice person (vgjfelix) made a helpful YouTube video showing exactly that: [YT]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W0BDP9V1hbM[/YT] There are some more that were not included because they didn't work when he tried them.
Here is his list:
At the home screen:
Menu + W = change wallpaper
Menu + M = manage applications
Menu + N = show notifications
Menu + A = add item to homescreen
Menu + S = new search (or you can just start typing)
Menu + P = open settings
Hold ALT + TAB = Show recent apps window
In the browser:
Menu + N (or Ctrl + T) = new tab
Menu + I (or Ctrl + I) = zoom-in on page
Menu + O (or Ctrl + O) = zoom-out on page
Menu + J = open download manager
Menu + R (or Ctrl + R) = refresh current page
Menu + F = find on page
Menu + B = open bookmarks
Menu + H = view browsing history
Menu + D = add bookmarks
Menu + S (or Ctrl + S) = open social network sharing menu
Menu + G = page info
Menu + P = open browser settings
Menu + W (or Ctrl + W) = closes the current open tab - 02-27-2012, 02:03 AM #2
What about copy paste keyboard shortcuts? Are they universal or do they work only in some apps?
That would already make the Prime super productive for document or email writing, as well as some aspects of my job which involves a lot of copy pasting of passwords (sysadmin).
