I'm sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place but i need help.
I noticed that with the. 15 update i lost root. I'm running vipermod again to root but it's telling me on the PC screen that "uid and gid should both be 0. Are they? (y/n):"

Mine are listed as 2000, not 0, so i choose No and when i do it says that the script needs to rerun or some such thing and then reboots the my Prime. I'm on the 3rd attempt and seem to be caught in a loop on the PC side without an exit option besides just cosing the screen which i haven't done yet. Any suggestions?

Is there a better alternative to ViperMod? If i just go with the Asus Bootloader unlock tool will it still acheive root?

Problem solved. I exited and installed ViperMOD PrimeTime 4.5
Im rooted again.
