I've been wanting to use my Prime for reading charts at a couple gigs but I haven't found an app to do that. Anyone use their tablet to read music? I've considered using App Inventor to make my own. Any suggestions?

Not a bad idea. You could also save charts as PDFs and do it that way

Mobile Sheets is what you are looking for. I use every day.

I've used PDFs but would like something more... interactive? more features, I guess. I'll check that app out. Thanks for the tips!

    Excellent! Thanks for the tip!

Do you by chance use a bluetooth pedal?

I'll second the vote for Mobile Sheets! I've been using it a few months now on my XOOM and love it. Just got my Prime today (yay!!!) so I'm hoping performance will be even better.

I hope to get a bluetooth pedal soon.

I've been considering getting a tablet so that I can use it to read my scanned-to-PDF sheet music. Can I do that with Mobile Sheets? I'd also like the ability to make notes on the music. Is that possible?
    Thanks
