Power button won't wake screen

Installed the latest OTA on my stock Prime this morning, and just realized that the power button will no longer wake the screen anymore. I can get it to reboot if I hold power down long enough, but once the screen sleeps, I'm hosed.

Any suggestions other than doing a factory reset?

EDIT: Just tried a factory reset and that didn't even help, so that's lame.

Try turning off you screen timeout

I had to do a Factory Reset to resolve the issue. I recommend contacting Asus to send an update to have a bug fix or patch to help this issue with all Primes.

Well, if you did a factory reset and it didn't work, I would definitely contact Asus and demand a replacement. After a factory reset, it should be functioning perfectly.

Still have the same problem with the screen timeout turned off; sure, the screen doesn't time itself out anymore, but if I hit the lock button to lock the screen, it won't wake back up the next time.

After doing 3-4 factor resets I got the issue to go away, but today it recurred out of nowhere after I booted up the tablet from accidentally letting the battery run down. May be time to put in a call to Asus...
