Still no GPS dongle

I applied for the dongle on April 16, 2012, and as of yesterday (5/8/12) still don't have it. When I call the "local" phone number, still get non-American voice to "help". Anybody know of a phone number to call to speak with an American to resolve this? Or do I just sell my Prime and get an I-Pad?

There is a long posting over in the XDA forums about the lack of shipping on the GPS dongles.
The list is up over 60 people that have reported in with the site showing shipped around 4/18/12. There is also a method to track it via fedex and most only show that fedex received the shipping/billing information but not yet received the package.

Thanks for the infor. Finally found documentation on Fedex site, but no shipping info. Increase the list by one. Love my Prime, but should have bought an I-Pad.

I received mine last week after signing up on April 27th. No information on shipping was ever provided. It just showed up at the door. Don't know if I will use it, but but at least I have it if I ever do.

As far as functionality, I have not noticed anything, really. I was looking to see if the tablet offered some sort of acknowledgement that it is even connected, but I haven't seen anything yet (and I believe I have it pushed in as far as it can go... the lock mechanism locks). Tried to see if I was getting any better GPS signal, but it is really hard to tell. Though I must admit, I never really noticed too many issues in the first place.

just a heads up. i believe i ordered my GPS dongle in about march or april some time. Got back from vacation yesterday(5/29/12) & it was here...so hopefully for those who haven't received yours yet, you'll get it soon. =D

Update;

I called, ranted and raved, asked them if they wanted me to badmouth Asus service. Multiple apologies, said they'd upgrade the complaint for special attention. Someone would call me back that day. Of course they didn't, but did call the next day to say so sorry, but would take 2-3 weeks to get one. Second time I heard that. Well, it arrived last Friday, finally, some 2 months after I signed up for it. For all that, no upgrades, and no better signal reception (indoors). Haven't tried it outdoors yet.

Should have gotten an I-Pad.
