Flickering during play,only on tegra games please help me

Not a whole lot to go on here but. Is it all tegra games? It it all the time? Limited to just tegra games? Does a reboot help?

Only tegra games in particular shadowgun end the last gams of tegra that i not remember now the name....

I've seen it as well. Usually only occurs after playing Shadowgun, then putting the tablet to sleep while still running the game (either on the screen or in the background). When waking up the prime and starting the game again it flickers and runs choppy, with all kind of artifacting...

Restart will clear it up usually. Not convenient though.

I think they just meant the power settings. Instead of "Power saving" mode, put it on "Performance mode" when playing the game, see if your problem still occurs or not.

I was having issues with playing Kirby's Dream Land 3 on an emulator with an hdmi cord to my TV from the Prime; the sound was choppy/laggy, and the game had a very slight lag to it when moving around the screen. I messed with the emulator's settings for probably half an hour trying to get it fixed to be smooth. Then I realized all I had to do was put it on "Performance" mode, lol, everything was smooth as hell then. I felt pretty dumb.

I've had this problem when docked to the keyboard... Are you using the keyboard dock? Remove it and try again if you are. If not, I have no idea what's going on.

The games I can confirm are:
Dark Meadow
Sonic 4: Episode II

They're both Tegra 3 games... Any other games work fine when the keyboard dock is attached for me.

I believe I have the same issue as you while I'm watching netflix. I only experience it thought when I have the backlight set to the lower end of the slider. Try setting it to 1/4 or above and see if you still have the flickering.
