comcast email

this may be a comcast issue, but i am only having it on my Prime. my comcast email constantly refreshes and I can't keep old emails on the prime. this is not an Android issue since I did not have the problem on a droidx or razr maxx. any help?

I do not know, but what is the connection information for comcast, I would like to set mine up on my prime and will report back what results I get.

I've never had a problem with my Comcast email. They come through just fine and stay on my Prime.

jordo, just go through the set up using the email app and have your user and password. The app is able to find the settings it needs to connect to Comcast with that info.

My problem was the crappy email app that came with the prime. I am using the free version of maildroid and it seems to work fine.
