Increasing Download Speed - How to question?

Quick question for anyone that might know - I can download off of Utorrent on my PC - and the same item on Atorrent on the ASUS. I can get high speeds on the PC (lets say 500k to 1 meg per sec), but not as high on the Atorrent program (under 100k/sec) on the ASUS. Does anyone have a solution for how to increase the speed within that program (or even recommend a different torrent client for Android that allows you to control the speed/port).

I don't do torrents, but there has been plenty of discussion re: WiFi speeds on the TF. My suggestion is that you first make changes to the channel on your router to either 1 or 6. The TF seems to play nice with those.


If the torrents download that much quicker on the PC you should consider downloading them there and plugging your TF into that PC to transfer the file to the TF. It ultimately would be much faster that way.
