Im thinking of getting a ASUS EeePad Transformer. The question is can I use this tablet with Skype? will I be able to such things with these tablet. Video call.

Skype work yes, volume a little low for a lot of peoples complaining.
Google talk and tango also work.
Yahoo messenger with video chat kinda work.

I assume you are talking about using the front facing camera for this and purchasing a separate Webcam. Does all this work with the front facing camera?

@mrmuhles. Yea I want to use the front or back I don't mind witch one all I'm asking if either one will work for video calling.

Do you guys think I should wait for the new Asus tablet.

Yes all the apps i list work with front facing camera. I have personally use them so i know they work. Only problem is Yahoo, your video will show up tilted 90° to the right.
