Hey guys... having major wifi problems with the transformer - have used at my office before but now won't stay connected to the network for more than a second - thought it might be the router but same problem at home now. Was able to get the most recent update after ICS but still having the same issue. Thoughts?

You could try a hard reset and if that doesn't work a factory reset.

i'm having the same issues with wifi not staying connected for more than a couple of seconds - this is after the latest update. i'll keep looking for an answer and try to keep this thread updated/relevant.

The update is really buggy. I had that problem, and others. Instead I loaded the rooted, but otherwise stock original ICS from XDA developers. Haven't experienced any of the annoying problems of the updated version since.

resetting my home router (actually its a relatively new router, but there was an updated firmware out for it) did the trick. check your router settings or try rebooting it and see if that fixes your issues, it did for me!
