I never got the update.....but now tab running slow....and on dock the mouse pad just stop working...no curser

If you have a wireless connection, usually you'll get an ASUS Update notification appear at the bottom right corner of the screen. But if not, you can get the update manually by:

1) Going to your App Drawer
2) Select "Settings"
3) Select "About tablet"
4) Select "System Firmware Update"
5) Select "Check Update"

I just got one recently and it pulled down two updates for 3.2 but won't for ICS. If you go to the Asus website; you can download the update and flash it from a MicroSD card.

Picked up the update a couple of days ago, hit a boot loop today

Just installed the update this morning and turned wake lock off, will see what happens over the next couple of days.
